BISTRO ATTENDANT
BRIEF JOB SUMMARY
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking equipment doors, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Take orders from customers, input orders into micros, and obtain payment and provide change. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Process all orders and collect payment from customers. Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables, delivering food to guests, general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Brief Job Summary
Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.). Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Server) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.

The Executive Housekeeper has overall responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel; efficient operation of the housekeeping department; and, purchase, storage, inventory and control of housekeeping-related items. The Executive Housekeeper impacts all elements of the hotels, from standards of cleanliness to associate morale, to budgetary goals, to inter-departmental relations. As well as: Overseeing operation of the Entire Housekeeping Department on a day-to-day basis. Hiring, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communication job expectations; planning monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. Fulfilling the operational needs of associated departments such as laundry and staff needs or requests, as possible. Work with the General Manager to be proficient in the administrative operation of the applicable departments of responsibility and other special projects as may be requested. Our Ideal candidate will offer a positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service and previous hotel experience such as front desk, hotel guest services, sales (assistant/coordinator), or sales management.
Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the acquisition of new and existing Corporate/ Group Business in the assigned market segment, as well as reserving and managing on-site meeting space, negotiating and completing contracts/proposals. In this position, you will also be conducting hotel site tours, making on site and off site presentations to prospective clients and to the local community.
The majority of the duties are inside/outside sales. However assuring that the corporate, group and meeting room revenue meets and or exceeds individual goals as well the hotels budget.
Responsibilities 1. Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the hotel to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met or exceeded. 2. Develops and maintains relationships with key clients in order to produce group and/or convention business. 3. Negotiates guest room rates, meeting room rentals, function space, and hotel services within approved booking guidelines. Confirms in writing to the client all requirements via sales contract. 4. Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet/meeting room facilities; entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies and procedures. 5. Accurately forecasts all booking and calculations. 6. Work with the General Manager and Revenue Manager and assist with the implementation and achievement of the revenue goals the hotel has established. 7. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow ups to ensure guest satisfaction. 8. Maintains a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. 9. Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates. 10. Fulfills Manager on Duty Shifts. 11. As well as fulfills other duties as assigned by General Manager or other superior manager. Job Requirements 1. Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. 2. Will be required to work in a fast paced, stressful environment. 3. High School diploma or equivalent minimum of two years' work experience in sales field is preferred. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance. Alcohol awareness certification as required by local or state agency.
